One record of your working life. Checked every payday.

WorkScudo reads your contract, checks every payslip against your award, matches every super payment to the payday it belongs to and keeps the evidence in a vault you control. Workers, employers, lawyers and the WorkScudo team each sign in to the same record.

What the platform actually does

Most pay problems in Australia are not dramatic. They are quiet. A super payment that never leaves the payroll system. A Sunday paid at the weekday rate. A casual loading that was agreed in the contract but never appeared on a payslip. Nobody notices for months, because the information that would reveal it sits in four different places: an email inbox, a payroll portal, a super fund app and a photo of a roster on someone's phone.

WorkScudo brings those four places together and then does the arithmetic. You upload a contract once. From that point every payslip is compared with the contract and the relevant modern award, every superannuation contribution is matched against the payday that generated it, and anything that does not reconcile is raised as an issue with the amount, the date it was due and the reason it matters.

It is a record-keeping and reconciliation platform, not a legal service. WorkScudo tells you what the documents say and where the numbers disagree. What you do next is your decision, and the platform will help you prepare for it.

Six modules, one shared record

Every module reads from the same underlying employment record, so a change in one is visible everywhere it matters.

  • SuperTracker

Checks whether super has been paid, when it was due under Payday Super and whether the amount matches the ordinary time earnings on the payslip. Late, short-paid and returned contributions are flagged individually.

  • PayTracker

Compares each payslip line against the award rate for that classification, including overtime, weekend and public holiday penalty rates, casual loading and allowances.

  • Evidence Vault

A searchable, tagged store for payslips, contracts, rosters, timesheets, super statements and correspondence. Every document is dated and sourced.

  • Employment Timeline

Your employment history as a chronology: start dates, rate changes, classification changes, leave, incidents and correspondence, each linked to the document that proves it.

  • AI Insights

Plain-English explanations of what an issue means, drafted messages to an employer and suggested next steps, generated from the same checks the screens use.

  • Report Builder

Dated, verifiable reports: super reconciliations, award compliance checks, SG charge statement drafts and a time-stamped audit log, exportable as PDF or CSV.

How WorkScudo works

Four steps, a couple of minutes to set up, then it runs in the background.

  1. Connect

Upload a letter of offer or employment contract, or connect a payroll system such as Xero, MYOB or Employment Hero. WorkScudo reads the employer, the pay rate, the employment type and the classification.

  2. Track

Payslips arrive by photo, email forward or payroll sync. Super contributions are matched to the payday that generated them. Nothing needs to be entered by hand.

  3. Understand

Discrepancies are raised as issues with the amount, the due date and a plain-English explanation of the rule behind them, so you know whether it is a payroll slip or something more.

  4. Act

Message the employer from inside the platform, build an evidence pack for the Fair Work Ombudsman or your union, or ask a workplace lawyer anonymously.

What gets checked on every payday

Four sign-ins, one shared record

Each party sees what they need, and only what they need. When one acts, the others see it.

  • Workers

Every payday checked, every document stored, every issue explained. Free to use, and nothing is visible to an employer unless the worker chooses to share it.

  • Employers

What is overdue, what waiting is likely to cost and the one step that fixes it. Problems surface before the ATO or the Fair Work Ombudsman finds them.

  • Lawyers and advocates

Structured, pre-organised matters with the conflict check cleared first and names released only on the worker's consent.

  • The WorkScudo team

Every payment, consent and conflict check written to a time-stamped audit log, so every number the platform shows can be stood behind.

Common questions about the platform

Can WorkScudo access my super fund or the ATO directly?

No. WorkScudo does not connect to the ATO or to your superannuation fund. It analyses the documents and information you choose to provide, such as payslips and contribution statements. If you want to check your super through myGov or the ATO directly, you can do that yourself and upload the statement.

Is this a payroll system?

No. WorkScudo checks payroll output rather than producing it. Employers keep running Xero, MYOB, Employment Hero or whatever they already use, and WorkScudo reconciles what came out of it against the award and the super guarantee.

Does it work for casual employees?

Yes, and casuals are the heaviest users. Casual loading, irregular rosters, weekend and public holiday penalty rates and the superannuation that follows them are exactly the places where errors cluster.

What if I have more than one job?

Each employer is tracked as a separate job with its own contract, award classification, payslips and super stream. The home screen shows all of them together.

Does WorkScudo give legal advice?

No. WorkScudo provides information, reconciliation and organisation. It is not a law firm and does not give legal or financial advice. AI-generated results should be independently verified, and anything that needs a legal judgement is handed to a qualified person.
