Work with the record, not against the clock.

WorkScudo is deliberately a layer rather than a destination. The organisations already helping Australian workers and employers should not have to rebuild the reconciliation themselves, and we would rather integrate than compete.

Who we partner with

  • Law firms and advocates

Join the professional panel and receive conflict-screened, quantified, evidence-backed matters with consent-gated identity release. No lead auctions and no commission on recoveries.

  • Unions

Give members a continuously checked record of their pay and superannuation, and give organisers visibility of patterns across a worksite rather than one complaint at a time.

  • Accountants and bookkeepers

Monitor client payroll output against award and super guarantee obligations between engagements, with SG charge statement drafts prepared for lodgement.

  • Payroll platforms

Integrate an independent reconciliation layer so your customers can demonstrate compliance rather than assert it, without you having to own award interpretation.

  • Superannuation funds

Help members see whether contributions have actually arrived, on time and in the right amount, and reduce the volume of unexplained contribution enquiries.

  • Community legal centres and migrant services

Support workers who are most exposed to underpayment, in six languages, with visa condition checks such as student work hour limits built in.

  • Industry associations

Offer members a practical compliance check ahead of audits and award changes, with sector-specific award logic.

  • Employers of record and labour hire

Demonstrate award and superannuation compliance across a distributed workforce with audit-ready reporting.

How a partnership starts

  1. Scoping conversation

What your organisation needs, what your members or clients are already asking for, and whether WorkScudo actually adds something.

  2. Verification and agreement

Credential and insurance checks for professional panels, commercial terms and a data processing agreement that sets out exactly what is shared and on what basis.

  3. Technical integration

From a simple referral pathway through to API integration with your existing systems, depending on scope.

  4. Launch and review

Onboarding materials for your members or clients, then a scheduled review of what is working rather than a one-off handover.

Principles we hold to in every partnership

Worker consent is never contractual leverage. No partner receives a worker's identity or documents because of a commercial agreement; they receive them because the worker agreed, in the app, for a stated purpose.

We do not pay or accept referral commissions on recovered amounts. Partnerships are built on subscription and integration terms, so no party's incentive is tied to escalating a matter that should have been resolved with a corrected pay run.

We do not white-label away the independence. Partners can present WorkScudo within their own member experience, but the reconciliation and the record remain independently produced and the worker remains the owner of their vault.

Partnership questions

How are law firms vetted?

Practising credentials, professional indemnity insurance, practice areas and jurisdictions are verified before admission, and panel membership is reviewed rather than permanent.

Is there a cost?

Professional panel access and employer tiers are subscription based. Community legal centres, migrant worker services and comparable not-for-profit organisations are supported on concessional terms.

Can we integrate with our own systems?

Yes. Integration ranges from a referral pathway to API-level connections, scoped during the technical conversation.

Can we co-brand?

Partners can present WorkScudo inside their own member or client experience. The independence of the reconciliation and the worker's ownership of their vault are not negotiable.
